E350 2010 command issue

This week I've had a new issue pop-up with my 2010 E350 Command System. The function buttons to the left of the screen no longer perform the correct functions. For example, the NAVI button is mute, the Radio button is eject, etc.

Any ideas?

Update. Had to have the unit replaced. Under warranty.

I assume an extended warranty of some kind?
Did they say what the problem was.
Ah, the good old days when the elctronics was a 5 button AM radio that always worked and picked up stations from 3-4 states.

Yeah, it was replaced under extended warranty. They didn't say what was wrong.
