How do I get my E350 door panels off?

Yes, I'm a newbie...I want to reupholster my door panels...but how do I remove them? It's a 2011 E350 4 door(W212). Thank you!!

I remember there are fastening points under airbag emblems,,,inside the door opening latch,,,and push type clips along the bottom.Door lock pins gotta come off too.
