I'm already playing the WAZE audio via Bluetooth but I'd like to see the ap image on the center console. I find WAZE much more than the OEM Nav data.

It IS possible, but requires a bit of hacking to do. You'll need to get a small Android computer which has a video output. Wire that into the back of COMAND, enable Aux Video, enable the option in Engineering mode from the keypad, install a Video in Motion device to keep the Aux video displayed while driving, and that's it.

I bought this small phone mount that clips to the air vent, and use my Galaxy S5 and a power cord.

I used the waze from my cell phone going to Florida. If the cell phone is connected to the car it picks up all of the warnings from waze over the car speakers. You just do not have it on the big screen. If I needed to actually see it I just looked at the smart phone that I kept in the tweeked out ashtray.
