Nav and Radio Won't Come On

It's probably just a glitch (Winter blues)?
i had a similar issue with my Command/Nav once and drove straight to a nearby dealer but they also couldn't figure it out and said I have to book an appointment to have them properly diagnosed it.
But it corrected itself as I was driving off from the dealer and has worked flawlessly ever since that incident!
So try restarting your car a few times.
