2010 E350 rear defroster not working

I have a 2010 E350 and my rear defroster doesn do the job it's created for. I want to check to see if a fuse is blown, but I have no clue where to find a diagram that lays it all out for me. Does anyone know where I could find a diagram and does anyone know if this is a common problem among the W212s? Thanks

Previous: 2011 e550 Current 2014 E350
the defroster on my 2011 e550 is out partially, few of them are not working. Scheduled a appt. with dealer next week to diagnose it.

2010 e350
I am interested to hear what they have to say. I once owned a car where the previous owners had tinted and then removed it and pieces of the metallic lines pulled off. The rear defroster worked in a few places but not in others.
I am pretty sure the best fix would be a large rock.
