Took my car into my dealership to assess a 'rough ride' at moderate speeds, that disappears if I hit 130-150Km/h.

I intiially complained of a rough idle @ start, and a month ago they changed my engine mounts..the problem persisted.

Now I get a bill and quote to change

Camshaft adjustor ( 2 of them )
Expansion Plug-
Chain tensioner -
2 central valves
Bush tooth chain

Is this normal @ about 50k?
I'm about 1900km into my next B service(overdue), but can't see how this will cause so many problems?

Any ideas? I'm thinking to take it around to a few places to have it looked at.

The rough drive isn't major, just a little irritating. The car drives perfect otherwise.
