I have Mercedes 2012 E-350 Sedan. Recently 'A3 Service due' message came up.
Can someone help me understand what this message is for? What I need to get done and how the message would disappear?

You have about 30,000 miles or it is about 3 years since the original purchase occurred.

You purchased it used.

An "A" service is due, check the service requirements in the case with the owner's manual or look it up on the MB website.

If you are not the original owner and would like to see what services have been reported you may also sign up for My CarFax for free.

The message is removed when the service reminder is reset.

 

I purchased it used few months back and it has more than 30k miles.
So what kind of service needs to be made?

brake flush perhaps? oil change? based on time and mileage.... do you have the manual and maintenance schedule?
