Are my seats leather or MB Tex? - Page 2

Agree these are leather seats. Can tell by the wrinkles on the outside bolster of bottom cushion. I also give 2 thumbs up for Lexol. Works great and doesn't harm leather. Other good options are Leather Master (which is what I use) and Leatherique.

front to back seams indicate genuine leather as an extra-cost option. The flimsy vinyl has seams running across the seats side to side which tear, especially in the driver’s seat lower panel.
I’m replacing the cheap plastic with real leather
in my E350 2011 Wagon. At 62K new, no E Class should have vinyl seats, even with a fancy name,
“MB Tex.”
