I'm looking at 2010 e550 that is not a CPO. The MB dealership only offer a 3rd party warranty for non CPO's through a company called Continental. Does anyone have experience (good or bad) with this company?

I haven't heard of it, but when I was researching 3rd party warranties I asked a service advisor which ones they recommend from their experience with getting repairs covered. My SA had a list of the ones they call the most and shared his thoughts. I don't recall the names now though but you may want to ask in the service area too.
