Stuck in update mode

2010 E550 P2 / 2003 S430
Stuck in update mode
Hi guys, I have a 2010 E550, i was playing aroung in the engineer mode and accidently engaged the update process now I'm stuck on that step and can't get out of it, tried rebooting the unit but nothing. it's telling to press CCE to close but i have no idea what the CCE button is. Can someone help PLEASE

Remove all CD and PCMCIA cards then restart it.

Not working
Thanks for the quick reply I tried it but no luck still stuck on the update :-(. Any other ideas?
