Some dealerships ARE better than others
New member here.
My 2011 E550 front suspension was making a thumb noise when going over speed bumps. Took it to beshoff benz 3 times. Took time off work each time. Test drove it with tech twice. They told me that it is normal behavior. I was mad but whatever. Took it to steven creek benz. Test drove it with their tech. He said it right away that the shock are probably bad. They replace the front shock and wow the car drives way different.

Congrats! Posting a pos review here is good, but consider posting one of their website, FB, yelp, etc if you haven't already. Folks should know who and how they helped you. Reinforce pos behavior (they'll appreciate it).

there is definitely a difference in dealerships. Some have terrific parts departments and some are crap. Some have terrible service while others are great. Some offer discounts and do not try and screw you while some just shaft you. You have to shop around and when you get crappy service google them and when you get great service also google them.. I keep a list of good and bad and believe some are really bad and some will bend over backwards for you.
