Somewhat loud idle from exhaust but only on the right side?

Somewhat loud idle from exhaust but only on the right side?
I have a 2011 E550 and I noticed yesterday that if I stand behind the car while it's running it seems to be idling sort of loudly but only out of the right exhaust.
My first thought is that something is wrong with that side of the exhaust system but I figured i'd ask here before I mention it to the dealer.
Is this normal?
PS. "idling loudly" means I can hear the car running which I honestly can't hear much of anything out of the left side. I'm 27 and I sell hearing aids for a living so that's not the problem either... lol
