Command scroll + CPO ?'s
Our command knob no longer works when scrolling (I read this is an issue with both the E and the C)
Is a part like this covered under CPO?
My other question is this, does your dealer charge a diagnostic fee for CPO repairs? Shouldn't CPO cover that?

If the Dealer will not pay for the replacement, it is an extremely easy DIY fix. It took me about and hour and a half from start to finish with 30 minutes of time for epoxy to cure and I took my time.
