Replacement sun visor mirror vanity?

Hey all, my gf managed to break the plastic hinge on the sun visor mirror. I removed the part and is has the following number on it:

1010672000

I googled the number but got nothing. I don't want to have to replace the whole sun visor - I just need the plastic inner piece. Any ideas on where to get this part other than the stealership?

Could try a junk yard that has MB's. This is the old school way of replacing parts.
Some will even order parts for you from other junk yards. Need to make sure the mirror is OK.
Years ago, I broke an outside mirror on a Ford and ordered one through a junk yard. Had a shop repaint it and still saved considerable over getting one from the dealership.

That gives me an idea. I'd love to pull the wood trim out of another W212 to replace my faded wood. Wonder how much that would run. Of course I'd have to find a junk lot with one.

If you are thinking about replacing fading wood with wood from a wrecked car, you would want to make sure all the wood components are intact. Also, make sure they were not subject to fading themselves.

I think the W212 is too new to be found at local junkyards.
