Headlight bulb out drivers side- found wire harness to bulb missing wire coating?? How does this happen?? And the bulb wont pull out? There isnt enough room to get to wire harness or bulb so I was thinking of pulling front bumper-then-headlight. Any shortcuts or tips?

havent replaced mine but im quite sure you dont have to go through all that just to change the globe. if you got the sucket out, try to maneuver it to pull the globe out then replace.
EDIT: you talking about a w211 yeah? if you are, then I have replaced mine a thousand times. takes less than 2 mins. too easy.
