Best I can figure you bought a 2012 that was sold new 7/28/2011 (which seems early, but possible); the CPO warranty shouldn't start until the original 4 year warranty expires.
Essentially when you buy a CPO you get the balance of the factory limited warranty, plus 2 years CPO from when the car was originally purchased.
