E350 Bluetec

Replace 2011 E350 front grille, bumber, lights

People, how hard will it be replacing my E350's front grille, bumber and lights with those of a 2014 S63? I really like its flat sleek front profile rather than the slanting, aggressive one of the E350. What sensitive electronics will be affected starting with the distronic sensor?

No. I meant S63 (W222). I like how it looks especially sideways unlike the E350's OEM slanting profile.
