People, how hard will it be replacing my E350's front grille, bumber and lights with those of a 2014 S63? I really like its flat sleek front profile rather than the slanting, aggressive one of the E350. What sensitive electronics will be affected starting with the distronic sensor?

No. I meant S63 (W222). I like how it looks especially sideways unlike the E350's OEM slanting profile.

Can't be done. The S Class fornt end will not fit on an E class. The S is wider and taller. The lights won't fit with the fenders and hood of the E. If you really want the S Class (or S63) front end, you will need to buy an S63
