Bluetooth/Call Waiting Question - Is this normal?
Does Comand show call waiting information?
When receiving a call while on the phone, I have never received information on the new call. Instead, I am stuck scrambling for my iPhone to see who is calling...is this normal?
If not, is there a way to fix this myself? I'm out of warranty now..
I have searched the forums up & down for an answer to this, so if this happens to be a repeat question I apologize.

Doesn't happen that often to me, but I don't think you get a notification other than an audible tone over the phone. No idea how you could modify that programming. Perhaps they added some functionality on later models, but it doesn't notify me on my 2011.

From the BT phone audio I have seen from a small sample size, I don't recall one with call waiting functionality. Does another car do this without having to use the phone directly?

I've used a few courtesy cars through my dealer when I go in for maintenance, and every one has had it. Granted, they were newer models, but it still seems a little odd that only the 2010's wouldn't.
