Some of the more expensive and reputable tuners are: Weistec, RENNtech, Kleeman, Brabus, Carlsson, Lorinser
Check their websites and speak to them to see what is right for your budget and performance goals. You may want to inquire as to whether they offer free re-tunes, and if they do not, how much they charge for re-tunes.
Have you found a good performance shop that specialized in Mercedes Benz yet? You might also want to speak with them and get some insight.
