E550, E400 Cab

Stuck at B4? Order question

My e400 has been on B4 status for over a week, and the "build date" is also now a week old.

Is that normal?
Does build date mean when it is supposed to be done or started?
I thought B4 means it is a couple days away from being done.

BTW, I got my VIN 2 weeks ago.
