Went to use the car today and the navigation placed me about 10 miles away from where I was. As I traveled it had all the wrong streets. Went to the dealer and they could not fix it. This is the 3rd time it has done this. They gave me an appointment for Monday. They said they will give me a loaner and they will find out why it is doing this. Has anyone else had this type of problem on a 2014 E350?

not on the same model car but had the same problem with my E coupe, dealer updated the software and alls well.

Thanks for the info hopefully that is all I will need car only has 6000 miles on it in 2 years

Well, I would be frustrated too, but honestly, I use Waze on my phone and don't bother with the in car Nav.

I also use Waze but usually only on long trips I really like it but for short trips I prefer to use the navigation when it is working
