TPMS question

I got new sensors for my E63 wheels part # 0009050030. They don't have any feet on them like I've seen on past sensors; say 0009057200 that I got for my E550. Is this correct, or do I need to find something to go under them? They don't make good contact with the inside of the rim. What is the torque spec on these?

Part shown as is, is correct - torque should be on label.
