B Service
I am approaching my 2 year mark with the car. I have about 7,000 miles on it. Does everything that a B service requires have to be done on the car with only 7,000 miles? Or can it just have another A service?
Oil change and brake fluid flush should do it. Rotate tires. Obviously, normal inspection of consumables and wear items like pads, but I cannot see that you would have much wear unless you are heavy on equipment the way you drive or where you drive. I'm sure your air filters are still good with so low miles driven.

You really need to discuss this with an MB Service Advisor and document what you are not doing as could be warranty issues in the future.
I faced similar concerns, but it's an MB, so I bit the bullet and got service as REQUIRED per MB Maintenance Manual. Actually I think only additional things at the "B" service are the brake flush and cabin filter.
The engine air filter is every 4 years or 40,000 miles on my 2010. Cabin filter every other year.
B service just adds some inspections IIRC in addition to the A. The brake fluid isn't even part of the B at my dealer, even though the interval follows the B.
What's the deal with cars requiring brake fluid flush so frequently these days? I read the service schedules for my wife's Nissan Murano we purchased new, and didn't realize they recommend this so frequently. I think it's just a CYA thing to avoid lawsuits from any brake failures. I've had many cars with high miles and almost NEVER have flushed brake fluid. Only a couple of times when I changed the brakes, and they last 50K or more miles. Her SUV has nearly 60K on it now and still on the original brake pads, just replaced 1st set of tires. I'll probably do brake fluid flush every time I do brake jobs from now on, but I feel this is a recent thing to recommend it every 10-15K miles.
If you ever have had a brake line burst from internal rust damage, you will understand why. It happened to my son while driving a car that we had neglected to flush the brake fluid regularly on. Cheap insurance and easy enough to do yourself if you are cheap. New brake lines cost me $900 for his car.

What is required is in YOUR car's maintenance manual. Read it and then discuss it with your MB dealer SA since your car is still under warranty.

Talked to my service advisor where I bought car he said definitely the oil change and the brake fluid change He said they would look at the other things but he does not think he will need to change them because of such little use. I go in in January
