It's always hard to decide on a car until you actually test drive them. I'd say atleast go to the one closest to you to test drive and see if you or your Dad like the feel and ride of the car. If you fall in love or really like the one you test drive at a good price go for it. Otherwise make your way to the other dealership.

Thanks for the advice!
And to be honest, any new car will feel a lot better than the one my dad currently drives (W124). Don't get me wrong, I love the car but I feel his days are over. The costs to maintain the car are getting really high and we think it isn't worth that anymore. Besides, you can feel every little bump on the road and with the +300k km I don't think it will last him much longer.
