2006 E 500 (base) drives in neutral
Hi,
My E 500 is having some issues. When I put it in drive or reverse it just revs up. However, when I put it in neutral and give it some gas it will move forward. While moving forward it does not go more than 20mph or so. I was under the assumption that the tcm is the issue or there needs to be an adjustment of the shift linkage. I was advised not to replace the transmission as this is likely entirely a system computer malfunction. Can some one please help me out here? What do you think is wrong??
