Another Airmatic issue (I haven't seen it here) Frozen Pressure relief valve?
I am glad I brought my star diagnostic computer along for the road trip to Colorado. That said, naturally, I don't have a shop to work in out here anymore.
Basically my front end raised up and will not lower. I can not lower the front end in star (and it is outside of the limits to recalibrate (30mm or so). This only happened when it was below freezing. I feel like I could hear the relay actuate, but the car will not lower in the front.
Is it possible that the pressure relief valve is frozen shut? Naturally the car is parked outside and the weather is COLD here right now. I'm trying to sort out what the potential culprit could be and how to fix it.
Thank you in advance.
Thank you.
I'm guessing there is moisture in the system. There appears to be a filter in the airmatic system. I have seen a video with someone disassembling the compressor to access and dry/replace the silica in a container. Is there another filter that would be easier to access? Or will I need to address both?
Thank you!
