Assyst Plus - A and B Service
Hoping someone can provide an answer. I have a 2012 E3504M. In checking the Assyst Plus indicator, it shows, on an alternating basis (i.e., each time I start up the car), that the "A3 Service" is due in 40 days, and the "B5 Service" is due in 40 days. Can this be right? The last service I had done was about a year ago, and it was a "B" service at just over 40,000 miles. The service was done at the dealership, and the Assyst Plus was reset. The car currently has just crossed 50,000 miles.

A services are at one year or 10,000 mile intervals, B services are at two year or 20,000 mile intervals. Think A-B-A-B-A-B etc...
I've never heard or seen it showing an A and a B at the same time. My guess is that you're due for an A but there is something from the B service that the car wants done. I think 30 seconds on the dealership's OBD machine will explain it .
