I just bought a Mercedes E class W212 2011, I have a factory rear entertainment system, but the remote lost.
Kindly help me on these issues :

Is it normal that both rear screens are always off ?
DO I need to the remote to switch them on ?
am trying to but the remote, anyone know the exact part number of it.

Do you have the factory headphones? My car has 2 remotes and two headphones and both can be set for the left or right unit.
