Is there a way to find out what software version I have on my computer/ecu and when it was last updated? I'm not referring to command firmware. Engineering mode maybe? Does anyone have a list of software versions with release dates?

My car was tuned in 2012 October by the previous owner. I'm trying to find out if the previous owner had my software updated after the tune which would essentially wipe out the tune either accidentally or whatever .

I have a Mercedes mechanic coming by soon to check out the car. I wonder if he would know about the current version running on my car?

I don't recall seeing anything related to the revision of ECU software under the engineering mode. I would have to imagine an MB tech would have a diagnostic tool that would show that information.

I played around with the engineering menu and found this information. Can anyone decipher this stuff? I held down the end call and OK button to get into this. I heard the engineering menu is end call + 1 + #? What menu did I enter? Lol
