Clock problem after update
Hi everyone,
I drive a 2011 E200. In connection with my last service, I requested a new set of maps for my navigator. Because five years had elapsed without any previous updates, a firmware update was also necessary. After a "successful" installation, the new maps worked great and the navigator functioned without a hitch; however, I soon noticed that the clock was off by 10 hours and 13 minutes (both the digital and the analog ones). Because the time supposedly comes from the GPS, I tried resetting the system by long-pressing the power button, but to no avail. Also, it doesn't seem to be possible to change the time manually other than in increments of 30 minutes to allow manual DST input.
Is there anything I can do myself to fix the situation, or should I take the car back to the shop? I've already wasted a lot of time on this update due to the incompetence of my local MB franchise, and so I would prefer a DIY solution for this seemingly simple matter.
Thanks in advance!

You could just move to that time zone and the problem is solved.
No clue why you cannot set the proper time. I do it all the time.

from command, set your time zone, then the time (mine does increments of 15-20mins iirc) then the clock dial on your cluster should adjust itself. if not, bring it back to the dealership and get them to set it.
