A question about warrantys
As I posted earlier, my dealer refused to replace my bubbling grill. As far as I'm concerned it's a workmanship problem and not normal wear aND tear issue. The car is 2 monthes out of warranty with less than 80,000 kms.(2012 E550 Sedan)
My question is......can I try going to another dealer? The fact that I was refused, was that info put in some database, so if I go to another dealer they would already know I was refused elsewhere?..as I said on another post, I'm probably going to have to buy a new OEM distronic grille, but I was hoping the dealer would have hooked me up....
