Active dynamic guidelines
My new to me 2012 E350 doesn't display active dynamic guideline on the backup camera screen. A 2016 C300 has the guidelines.

Do any w212's have the guidelines? If so, can it be activated or is it a software update?

and no, it can't be activated or enabled. Sorry.
