Topside oil change for 14' E350 Sport 4matic
First...I truly have to say thanks to everyone one on this site for all the help provided for the past 10 years. I've owned multiple C Classes, CLK's etc and now own a 14' E350 Sport 4matic. I've always done my own oil changes, brakes and suspension and general maintenance etc after warranty.
I'm finally baffled and need some help...I've always used the 8+liter Might Vac for topside oil changes with never an issue. Finally...I have one. I cannot for the life of me drain more than 4quarts from the E350. I have positioned the hose/tube at varying angles, lengths and definitely bottomed it out with no luck.
Can anyone please explain to me where I might be going wrong here?
Any and all help is appreciated.

You might have the tube inserted too far; I suspect it curls up in the oil pan. Try measuring the length of the dipstick and put a mark on the plastic tubing at that length plus a couple of inches and that should get you in the ball park. You might have to adjust the depth to maximize the amount of oil extracted.
