Lucky for you I was saving auction data since March, I usually can't go that far back in time
Remember auction price doesn't include auction fees (about 500-600) + their shipping costs or the overhead costs a dealership incurs
The price is fair, I don't know why it was below average condition, could be because of Tires or slight body damage, regardless for what they are selling it for I can't imagine they put too much into reconditioning.

Judging from the listing, it's far from "fully loaded". The price seems fair though. Try to negotiate another $1,500 off and perhaps put that towards an extended warranty.

That all depends on supply and demand, and what the dealers are paying for these cars. I'd say set a realistically low number and negotiate to see if any dealers will bite.

The prices drop every month. There was a study done recently that said the winter and early spring were the best time to buy a car, spring, summer, not so much. These are priced so high that the price comes down a little every month.
