Hi Folks. I am in the process of purchasing a CPO 2013 W212 Wagon, the dealer is in the process of getting it ready, should be getting it by Friday.
I do have a few questions about the Command version.
1. The car went into service December 2012, so I am assuming that it is version NTG4.5, not NTG4.5Gen2, is that a correct assumption?
2. How can I tell which one I have?
3. Can NTG4.5 be upgraded to NTG4.5Gen2?
4. If not, am I going to be missing anything substantial?
By the way, the Diamond Silver looks outstanding on the wagon. I don't really get to enthused over colour, but this time, WOW! Well, my opinion, anyway...

Can't answer your question but I believe the differences would be minor. I don't know when they started using the gen 2 version you are talking about.
One thing my 2014 facelift can't do is store songs on hard drive.
