Advice on 2010 E350
I'm a new user here and I hope this is the right place to post this:
I'm interested in purchasing a used E350 however I wanted to reach out and get some advice on weather this is a good deal or not:

Also, is there anything in particular I should be looking for when purchasing this vehicle since it is used and approaching 60k miles. (I have not taken the car for a test drive yet).
Thank you all for your time.

Thank you for the response, this is exactly what I was looking for. Do you know of any other common issues with 2010 E350's besides the interior wood trim fading?
In general the E class cars are good value on the used market as the early depreciation is very high, so they become attractive after 3-4 years and past the warranty period. You can buy an aftermarket warranty if you think you need it, but a good inspection of the car by your mechanic is the best way to avoid most problems. I never trust anyone when they tell me the brakes are good and the tires are barely worn. Lol
I do like the color combo as my E550 is Calcite White with a Pano roof. White is my favorite color on the E class. Good luck!

There is no evidence that MBTex is more prone to tears or rips than leather. My personal experience has been the opposite, especially as they age.
If meeting someone to test/purchase the car, might want to see if a law enforcement agency will let you meet in their parking lot. This is done in my area to prevent crimes.

Mine has been very reliable. Only issues are some clatter at startup with the hydraulic lifters, they loose oil and can be noisy for a few seconds till they pump themselves back up. From what I read it doesn't hurt anything, but is disconcerting on such an expensive car.
Have the car checked over by a competent MB mechanic and get all the service records and verify the scheduled maintenance has been done. Tranny fluid should have been done around 40K as well as brake fluid flush. Have the mechanic take a good look at the tranny as well as the 4matic, those can be troublesome and expensive to fix.
As to the price, research on all the major sites (edmunds, kbb, nada) and then take the average and go with that. At 60K, mileage is on the lower side, but its not what I would call low mileage. Good luck with it, let us know how it works out.
