This looks interesting, 2016 models can have the MBrace remote start the vehicle and pre-condition the interior by turning on the climate control:

Is the remote start an extra option on these cars? Or just an option on MBRACE? or ??

My 2010 unlocks the doors, opens windows and the panorama shade and puts the driver seat ventilation on with the first hold of the open button on the key. After all above is done and then I release the button and hold it again it opens the sunroof.

My shade is never closed and I just tried it again and everything opens with one touch/hold. Maybe the sunshade is the difference?

I thought it all opened regardless of sunshade but I rarely have shade closed even in scorching heat. I need to start closing it though since I'm sure it'll make a difference. I used to use this feature all the time but I have not since last year. Time to whip out the key fob ha ha.

Yeah, my 2010 E-coupe also opens the pano, runs the air on the driver side seat and drops the Windows - as KEY08 said. The problem for me is the relatively close distance, you tend to be 'waiting' outside the car whilst the Windows and pano take some time (more than 10ft of time to walk to the car and get in) to open fully.
If it worked from the same distance as the lock/unlock mechanism, that would be great. Interior would already be cooled by the time you reach it.
My sunshade is typically closed and that also contributes to the delay of the pano roof opening.
All with one button press/held down - not two presses (Arrie)

If I have the pano roof shade open and hold the open button on the key the windows drop, driver seat ventilation comes on and the pano roof opens.
I don't know if MB changed this functionality but my panoramic roof does not open with the first press and hold of the open button on the key if the shade is closed. Just the shade opens. The roof takes the second press and hold.
This is how my 2011 E350 also worked but I don't know how later models are.

I just tried the open all window mode yesterday, the range is more like less than 3 feet and I have to be perpendicular to the side of the car. The good part is that it turns on the ventilated driver seat for me.
