Front license plate mount

I need to mount front licence plate but do not want to drill holes in my bumper. After searching I came upon 2 possible solution. One is the Sto and Sho from

http://shop.bigmikesperformanceparts...s-Benz_c18.htm

However, I do not see my car listed, a 2014 E550. They do have mount for 2014-2016 E350. I called the shop and they were really nice and helpful and say they are unsure if the E350 will fit exactly without doing some testing. Mike suspect it might not because of the screw mount. I didn't look too thoroughly but I saw one screw underneath E550 and it seem for the E350 there is 2 screws. Will look more this weekend when I have more time.

So has anyone bought or use one or know if a mount from an E350 will fit on the E550. I have this strong feeling it would since they are basically the same car.

Another is similar but automatically retract but the review are mixed. Has anyone have any experience with this one:

Amazon.com: Show N Go Electric Powered License Plate Frame - Shows & Hides Automatically with Remote Key Fobs: Automotive Amazon.com: Show N Go Electric Powered License Plate Frame - Shows & Hides Automatically with Remote Key Fobs: Automotive

Personally i like the second better but will take any. NYC is ticket hungry.

Should be the same - if it fits E350 then it should fit E550.

I try searching and most of what I found were for the bracket or mounting it on mesh in the front but nothing on these 2 particular item to do the mounting. I have a feeling that what fit an E350 externally should fit an E550 but just want to be sure and not go without plates if I have to send back for refitting.

There should be a tow knock out on pasenger side front. I did not find out that you can buy a bracket that goes inside this opening for the license plate. If I had know about it when I bought my car I would have bought one. It will be hard to find but they do make the bracket that fits inside this opening. May have to buy outside the us but I know they are out there.
