Mercedes Benz E350 W212

Finally I wanted to help too. I been searching this post for a very long time and saw that a lot of user always ask about the 20" rims fitment for the W212 E Class. So I have done my 2012 E350 Sport with 20" setup.

9" front wheel running 235/35-20 the 245/35-20 wont fit tried already.
10.5" rear wheel running 275/30-20

For the 4matic I used to have a 2011 4matic was running 235/35-20 all around. Was perfect. I dont reccomand the staggered setup for 4matic but if you dont speed much and care about look its tottaly up to you.

I will add a better pictures soon. This one all I had now and its raining dogs and cats here in florida. Im new to posting but been owning and playing with E class since 2010. I drove them all. And upgraded couple of things if anyone need help I will try my best. Rookie to the posting world but not to the cars. Been owning high end. Since I was 18. Now Im 34. Have a great day.

Thanks for the share. I just wanted to add, the diameter of the tires on factory W212 are 25.7". When you are installing after market wheels and tires, you should try and stay as close to the 25.7" diameter as possible, as so not to throw the ECU calibration off. Your MPG and MPH will not be accurate and other system errors might occur if the difference is too much.

If you increase or decrease the diameter of the tire, the revolutions per mile changes and your ECU is not calibrated to decipher that information so you get incorrect results.

The tires that you went with:

235/35/20 are 26.5" in diamter, that is is about 1" larger than factory. If you talk to any tire shop they would say that an inch is too much. But if you are not experiencing any problems then stick with it i guess.

In order, to stay as close as possible to the 25.7" factory diameter you would need 245/30/20 and for staggered you would need 285/25/20.

I needed more meat specially front. Had it for too long. No problem at all. Took it for service so many times and never avioded warranty too. I understand where you coming from. I worry about that only for my bmw 750i becuase they are annoying when it come to upgrading but with the E class MB no problem the 1" is fine. Thanks for adding that up too.

And its less then 1" so its fine. Over then 1" you words are correct for sure
The 235/35-20 is 0.76 (19.3) 3% then 245/40-18 which is my stock

Now not too worry about tickets keep in mind the speed increased

Speedo Reading Actual Speed
20 mph (32.19 km/h) 20.94 mph (33.7 km/h)
25 mph (40.23 km/h) 26.18 mph (42.13 km/h)
30 mph (48.28 km/h) 31.41 mph (50.56 km/h)
35 mph (56.33 km/h) 36.65 mph (58.98 km/h)
40 mph (64.37 km/h) 41.89 mph (67.41 km/h)
45 mph (72.42 km/h) 47.12 mph (75.83 km/h)
50 mph (80.47 km/h) 52.36 mph (84.26 km/h)
55 mph (88.51 km/h) 57.59 mph (92.69 km/h)
60 mph (96.56 km/h) 62.83 mph (101.11 km/h)
65 mph (104.61 km/h) 68.06 mph (109.54 km/h)
