2014 Benz E350 Sport
Need suggestions / feedback. Please!
I bought a 2014 Benz E350 2 years ago and ever since then there is a rattling / clicking noise that is coming from the inside rear window. I have taken the car to the service 4+ times and each time I have been promised that it is now fixed, but it has been not. I even took a ride with Service Manager and he heard the noise, kept the car in service for 10 days, and still the noise is there.
What should be my next steps? It's not a small noise, it's a very very annoying noise.
This is my first Benz.
Any suggestions / recommendations?

I have already escalated to service manager but no fix. What do you think I should do next?

10 days! Seems like they were spending more time making this as inconvenient for you as possible as a deterrent to bringing it back than actually trying to fix it.
