2013 E-350 28,000 miles.....when wife got in after some shopping the command center was out!!! No radio, nav...etc...Black screen and no response after several attempts. Any ideas??? Car running fine a/c working etc... just the dead screen.........Yes we will take in for warranty, but thought there may be some answers here...?

Probably a fuse.

 

Maybe, but when fuses blow, there is always a reason. Don't try to second-guess it - just take it in.

 

When you say "several attempts", do you mean restarting the car? I have had black screens since 2002 with COMMAND that always came back after 1 or 2 restarts.
