E350 CGI 59 Plate
Clicking noise coming from back left of engine

So I've got a 59 plate e350 cgi and there is some sort of clicking noise coming from the back top left of the engine (Drivers side/RHD) was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what it could be. When i start it up it sounds normal then after about 5 seconds you can hear the noise. I've put a video on youtube so you can hear it. The nosie gets faster with revs but can't be heard from inside the cabin and is also a lot quieter with the bonnet down but I can still hear it a bit when I've got my window down

I'm pretty sure I've pinpointed what it could be as when i put a screwdriver on the part and put up to my ear, it matches the noise but i cant figure out what it is. The video below is the part i'm talking about, it's the silver cylindrical thing at the start of the video

I've checked the oil and that's as it should be. It has a service history and was last done in November 2015. The oil looks pretty clean as well so I have no idea as to what it could be.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
