Intermittent bluetooth with iPhone 6
The 2012 E350 is paired only with my wife's iPhone 6. About once a month it acts strangely. For example, she tries to give a voice command to call a name and she gets a response similar to "there is no data in the database". Or she completes the process but the phone never rings. Next time she gets into the car it works fine. The phone settings when she is experiencing the problem are showing it is connected to the car. I've also tried mating her phone with other Bluetooth devices and it works fine. Is there a "master rest" in the car I should try?

Mine has had this issue as well since I've owned the car, but I use an Android. I've been told the head unit just needs to be updated. Though, I still haven't been able to schedule a time to drop it off at the stealership to see if that is it >.<
My main issue is audio cuts in and out when playing music. However, I normally don't use the car's voice commands so I don't know if mine is acting up. My GPS also doesn't remember saved addresses.
