This is definitely a cool project, but it has me scratching my head at the idea of spending all that money on a 2012. I guess if you got the car for cheap it's ok, but that's a lot of dough to put into a 12' non AMG.
If you did a write up of how to convert the tails... I wouldn't be mad..

Totally subscribing...this is fun stuff. I heard a C63 at the tire shop today, biturbo V8, sounded great...really has me wanting to give this E350 to my daughter sooner than planned, and get myself an E63! But that 2017 F350 is calling my name too. Damn decisions.

Nice build, could you tell me when you replaced the command, how did you enter the unlocking code for the new command unit ? I replaced mine but the anti theft protection went on, and I am able to use it for 20 seconds and eventually enter engineering mode.

Centerconsole finaly finnished. Alot of cutting underneath the new joustick to make it fit.
Had to photoshop in those buttons since they where not installed when photo was taken.
And did some photoshopping as a bfore and after moment on that wheels planned for the car so we could see how it would look when finnished.
And here the same with the new taillights, bumper and sideskirts in place.
