Part number needed - jack plug


have no idea what should I call this thing,
I'm going to take my car in for tire change then notice the rear right jack plug is missing,
check the online catalog for half a hour and still couldn't find the part number,

same thing happen to my 06 SLK couple years ago

any help would be appreciated
