Hello,

I purchased this vehicle last year from a Used Car dealership. The mileage at that time was around 24K. It currently has 28K miles on it (I don't get to drive it much) and a few days ago, the A1 service indicator came on.

The used car dealer had done the oil change right before I purchased the vehicle and has put a sticker for the next oil change - which is due @ 31K miles.

Not sure what the indicator is telling me, but should I reset the A1 service indicator?

The service interval is 12 months, or 10k miles. I would have the car serviced by someone who will use M-B approved fluids/filters/etc and follow the maintenance schedule. DIY/Independent/Dealership, your choice.
