splitview finally working
My 2015 came with splitview apparently a rare option on an E. This is an option that needs to be activated by the dealer as it is not legal in all 50 states.
Went to my dealer to have it activated they had not a clue how or what to do. I then called MB corp customer service line they were a bit upset that I had to make this call as the dealer should have. They called the dealer and the appointment was scheduled.
In any event I now have slpitview. Probably a feature never to be used. It's for the passenger to watch a movie while the car is in motion and the driver just sees the nav or radio screen. As mentioned it came with this option I would not suggest ordering.
Only decent thing is the wireless remote you can use it for anything on the command system just like dash buttons. Came with wireless headphones too have not tried them yet.
