2015 E350 - New Ballast was installed, headlight not turning on

2006 S500
2015 E350 - New Ballast was installed, headlight not turning on
Can someone please help me figure out why the headlight is not working on 2015 E350? New ballast was installed on the right headlight, small and big, but the headlights are not working. I tried the original ballast from the left side and the lights worked. Is there programming that's needed?

whilst you were at it, did you try the new ballast on the left side just to make sure the new ballast is working?

Hello. I am experiencing the same thing. I already replaced the lamp to no avail. Now I want to swap the ballasts to confirm the problem. Can anyone point me to where the ballasts are located? Maybe provide an image or diagram? Thank you in advance. E
