LOOOOL

that comparison tho
My combos:
1. Resonator Delete w/ straight pipe
2. X-pipe with Magnaflow mufflers
3. Stock Resonators with Magnaflow mufflers
4. Straight pipe with Magnaflow mufflers (current, the sound is OK for now)

I used Magnaflow Model #11226, which is the 14" (loudest of the selection), and mounted with a slight tilt to fit into the muffler heat screens. Looks great, and with the straight pipe, it's at just the right amount of volume, with a very deep bass rumble. I would say that the only difference between the resonator pipes are:
- X-Pipe: High pitched, smooth sounding exhaust. Quietest of the bunch, with a very exotic sound.
- H-Pipe: Good midrange solution that has middling exhaust volume, better flow, and maintains some of the rumble/raw sound.
- Straight Pipe: Loudest of the bunch, this creates the typical muscle car rumble (due to uneven exhaust flows), and creates vibrations/pulses in the exhaust. Has the most "character" and sounds most raw/mean, but also is the least efficient in exhaust flow design.
