W212 - 3 cigarette/aux ports do not work but 1 does?

W212 - 3 cigarette/aux ports do not work but 1 does?
Hey guys, I need your helps on something odd.
on my 2011 e350 4matic, the fron cigarette lighter (next to ashtray) does not work; as well as the one in the glove box. There is one in the Trunk on the righ side that has failed as well. The only one that works is located in the center console by the rear seats. I have checked ALL fuses one by one with a tester with my ignition on. I opened up the previous Accessory charger (Cig lighter to usb ports) and discovered it was burnt internally. How could all 3 Cig ports fail at once without being a fuse?
